If you are successful:

You will be notified by email if your application has been successful by no later than June 30th and told at this point what your grant offer will be. If you accept the offer, we will ask for your bank details and arrange a BACS transfer. Once you have acknowledged receipt of the monies, we shall delete the details of your bank account from all our systems.

All successful applicants will be required to provide a report to the Foundation on completion of their project.  


If you are unsuccessful:

If you have not heard from the Foundation by the 30th of June you can assume you have not been successful in being awarded a grant on this occasion. Due to the large number of applications received each year the Foundation will not notify, or enter into correspondence with, unsuccessful applicants regarding its decisions.

Personal data relating to unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed within one month of a decision being made.

Data privacy:

At the close of the relevant application dates, personal data relating to all the successful applicants will be retained by the Foundation for administrative and archival purposes. Please see the Foundation’s Privacy Statement.
